Due to heavy rain and thunderstorms forecast for this evening, the organising committee has reluctantly decided to cancel the parade scheduled for Saturday at 7:00 p.m. The safety and well-being of the alphorn players, participating groups, animals, guests and spectators remain our top priority.
A continuous programme of folk entertainment will instead be held under the festival tent until 10:30 p.m.
